Navigating Life's Challenges with Compassion
Individual, Couples Counseling & Family Therapy
An outpatient therapy private practice serving the Wilmington, NC community. My goal is to empower my clients to live authentically, heal and thrive. Therapeutic services are provided by a licensed therapist in a safe and non-judgmental space. Sessions are offered in-person to our community and virtually to anyone in North Carolina.
Meet your therapist
As a therapist, I work with individuals, families and couples, from adolescents to older adults. My clients come from diverse backgrounds and have a wide range of experiences, including trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions.
Working from a trauma-informed perspective, I approach therapy as a collaborative effort. This means that clients can identify their strengths and develop effective coping mechanisms to overcome problems.
I believe that each person has their own unique history and set of concerns. Therefore, I take an integrative approach that combines acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and a family systems foundation.
In my practice, the first step is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to tap into their inner resources and overcome their challenges. Therapy can be a powerful resource for individuals, families and couples during times of crisis, as well as for those who are seeking to learn more about themselves.
I believe that everyone has the capacity to gain self-awareness and implement positive changes in their lives. If you are looking for a partner in self-discovery and change, I would be honored to be a part of your journey towards health and healing.
